- In Japan, youngsters (particularly young females) love to decorate pre-made snacks & sweets. For example, they buy packets of pre-made biscuits from the shops and then decorate these biscuits with chocolate, small candies or other sweets they buy from the shops.
One of the most popular kind of deco sweets youngsters love to make is 'Deco Pocky', in which they decorate those yummy 'Pocky' chocolate sticks.

Many Japanese girls & young women love to make these deco sweets, usually for someone special, like a boyfriend/husband, or just for a friend or co-worker, and they put them in pretty packaging and give them to their special someone as gifts.
